Making risky and important decisions is a hard task and a significant challenge. There’s no silver bullet that ensures a good decision every time – you have to work at it. But these decisions are vital, by definition, so it’s worth putting in the time and effort to make the best possible decision in the situation you face.

While the generic MRID Approach can be applied to any decision-making situation, there are always specific aspects that need attention. We offer two levels of support: Presentations, and Facilitated workshops.

PRESENTATIONS

FACILITATED WORKSHOPS
